InkSeal is a browser-based PDF signing tool that allows users to upload documents, apply electronic signatures, and download the resulting signed files. All document processing occurs locally within your browser. InkSeal does not upload, store, or transmit your documents to any server.
InkSeal provides a tool for applying electronic marks to PDF documents. InkSeal makes no representations or warranties regarding the legal enforceability of any signature created using the Service in any particular jurisdiction or for any particular purpose.
You are solely responsible for determining whether an electronic signature created with InkSeal meets the legal requirements applicable to your specific document and jurisdiction.
InkSeal is intended solely for signing documents you are legally authorized to sign. Any use of InkSeal to forge, falsify, or fraudulently sign documents without the signer's legal authority is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense. InkSeal and its operators accept no liability whatsoever for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of signatures created through this Service. Users who misuse InkSeal for fraudulent purposes bear full legal responsibility and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities. By using this Service you confirm that you are authorized to sign every document you process.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. InkSeal reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
InkSeal does not collect, store, or transmit your documents. Please review our Privacy Policy below for full details on what data we do collect and how we use it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InkSeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

InkSeal processes all documents locally in your browser. Your PDF files are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never transmitted to any third party. We cannot access your documents.
We may collect the following limited information:
Email addresses collected via our notification form are used only to notify you of product updates you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
InkSeal uses minimal browser storage (localStorage) only to remember your subscription status on your device. No tracking cookies are used.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled. We use Netlify for hosting, which may log standard server access data.
InkSeal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email if you have subscribed to our list.
